The 75th Apple Festival is this week! The Grand Parade, which will be held on September 12 from 11AM until 1PM, features our own Ann Puttman's brother, composer Tom Tierney, as Grand Marshal.
The World Communion Offering is upcoming. Received on October 4,
gifts to this Offering support the causes/ministries of racial justice,
gender justice, peacemaking, global witness, and ecumenical and
interfaith relations. These ministries work to ensure all God’s people
have their place at the Table of Grace.
The recent deadly flooding in the Himalayas, which was caused by the
melting of a glacier, is, unfortunately, just one of many disasters that
Presbyterian Disaster Assistance (PDA) is helping with.
